Our firm was founded by Mr. Francois St-Arnaud, a lawyer expert in business law who is very active in the sale and acquisition of companies.

Mr. St-Arnaud has been practicing law for almost 30 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Sherbrooke and a master's degree in International commercial law from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland (with mention "maga cum laude").
